Cute Chad Valley ted Vinny, is stuffed with cotton-sub as he was made post-war when the more traditional kapok was in short supply. However, his head is filled with woodwool, and he’s kept all his original features. They include, beautiful amber glass eyes, and a black-embroidered nose and mouth.
Vinny’s brown rexine pads are surface worn, and one paw has quite a large hole, and there’s a split in his footpad just below his label. This has faded over the years, but is still just about readable. His right arm is rather swingy due to his joint having worked loose – all that royal waving no doubt! But it’s secure enough, and his other joints are sound.
This delightful Chad has plenty of curly blonde mohair, and is dressed in his knitted shorts and neck ribbon.
